Expect a family friendly group led by a well certified and caring instructor to greet you and make you feel welcome. We feature an array of classes from beginner to advanced so you can be sure your immediate needs and long term goals will be understood and met.

If you are brand new to Pilates, consider booking the beginner 101 or an initial private to get Comfortable with the equipment. Either way, our instructors will be aware and will be there to assist you on your new journey.

We have plenty of upfront totally free parking making your arrival stress free and fun. We also offer Private parking and Private Entrance/Exit should that be something you are in need of.

Yes, pick the classes that best fit your level and skill set and expect to move up! Private sessions can also be booked on our app or website or by reaching out to us at: info@malibucolonypilates.com. We also off Duet/Semi Privates and Pre & Postnatals.

Yes, every age (18 and up) female and male, all levels from first day to advanced. (some exceptions on age can be made with parental consent)

Yes, If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You will automatically be added to the class and notified if room becomes available up to 1 hour before class. If you are added from the waitlist and do not attend the class, you will be considered a "no show" and standard cancellation policies will apply which includes a fee.

Yes. In most cases you can join any of our classes(with instructor approval) but we do ask you to consult with your doctor after 18 weeks. Also privates are a great way to go as the one on one focus will help to assure you are getting the most beneficial instruction for your particular pre or post condition.

MCP has a 10 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made through our app. If you cancel before the 10 hour window, no penalty will be incurred and any eligible credits will return to your account. If you miss the 10 hour window, a $30.00 late cancel fee will be charged and you keep your credit. A "no show" fee for class incurs a $50.00 fee and loss of your credit. Please, make sure you show up for your classes or cancel in a responsible way so other members can get into the class they want.

We use the most advanced and latest reformer which is a special apparatus used to provide controlled, fluid movements allowing targeted resistance. As we build your core, you will notice improved flexibility, posture and reduced stress. Your muscles will be lengthened and strengthened in a very noticeable way. This progressive resistance makes Pilates suitable for all fitness levels including those with injuries.

Malibu Colony Pilates will be your “Happy Place” Joseph Pilates, the founder of our Pilates method stated, "you feel better after 10 sessions, see changes after 20 sessions and develop a new body after 30 sessions" The change you want will come with consistent practice.
